Biography:
In 2006, Tapfuma graduated at Midlands State University with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics. Thereafter, he worked as High School Mathematics teacher for two years. In 2011, he graduated with a MPhil Degree in Demography at UCT. From 2011 to 2013, he worked as a Demography Research Assistant in the Centre for Actuarial Science (CARE) at UCT. In 2014, Tapfuma joined iCOMMS research team to pursue his PhD at University of Cape Town under supervision of A/Prof. Ulrike Rivett. Tapfuma enjoys watching and participating in sports such as soccer, tennis and cricket
